WHY MEDIATION
Mediation is the most cost effective method of resolving conflicts, especially if the mediation occurs prior to or early on in the litigation process. Moreover, mediation is private and confidential unlike litigation. When necessary, mediation is also helpful in preserving ongoing relationships. Lastly, and most importantly, mediation provides the parties control over the outcome.

WHY ME
I have participated in hundreds of mediations from coast to coast involving a variety of legal disputes with differing degrees of severity. In addition, I possess valuable and unique insight from all perspectives -- I have experience from the defense side, from the insurance company side, and now from the plaintiff side. This diverse experience will allow me to relate to all parties involved and tailor the mediation to the needs of the parties.
